As was mentioned above, there's rarely a reason to totally disassemble an auto-5. It's easy to take the stock off to get to the return spring, and trigger assembly out, and barrel off, and recoil spring assembly. You just need a good set of screwdrivers to keep from buggering up the screw heads.I own an Browning A5 Ultimate. It is my go-to pheasant and goose gun. With its 26 inch barrel it is responsive, balanced, and smooth. The lumber draws attention to itself, fun to glower over. At the same time of owning the A5, I had a Browning Maxus with a 30 inch pipe, using it primarily for skeet.
