Carnival cheers program price reduction

 Carnival rarely puts anything on sale besides room rates and Spa discounts. Very occasionally, specialty dining reservations. Most of these discounts are Cyber Monday deals and rarely any time else. I've been cruising with Carnival since 2012 and I've never seen them discount the Cheers package (other than one computer glitch!) .
