My 2011 Chrysler 200 Uconnect screen is black (though it still connects to my phone, I am unable to use the touch screen). How do I reset the screen or Uconnect system? I have been looking at other forums and everything related tells me to press the volume and tuner buttons at the same time, but my vehicle doesn't have a tuner button.You've got a radio, we have the unlock code. I am not the biggest uconnect guru but if you are just trying to play discs i wouldnt think anything is wrong with the drive unless you are trying to rip it to the radio. Have you tried various discs maybe try a real cd ...Reset the radio by doing this: With the ignition switch off, disconnect the negative battery cable for 2 minutes. Then reconnect it.
