It looked like it takes approximately 4 months to get NOA 2, is that still true? I filed mid April and expected adjudication by mid August, now it's showing January - Feb 2020. The receipt showed Potomac Service Center but USCIS told me that was just the accepting center and it has been processing with California Service Center the whole time. I have seen quite a few approvals on VJ from the CSC for 2021 filers.I-130 (Family/Consular processing) Has anyone received any notification or approval that actually came from the Potomac service center? I found out my I-130 was transferred there from Texas after filing a K3. I have submitted 2 requests to get my notice of action for the K3 because I never received it and I have received no response. ….
