The In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Career Pathways Program is a program that provides free training to improve provider's skills and knowledge. Eligible IHSS and WPCS Providers can register for the IHSS Career Pathways Program training courses and receive incentive pay for completing specific training courses.So basically NEVER GOT PAID for doing any of the pathway courses.
