However I am a bit of a time saving guy so to add even more clarity to, umm, black, I've typed it as plain black, you know, just to get across that with me , black is black :)RGB30 R-button on ArkOS. So I pushed the R button, next to the power button. I assumed it meant it would restart the system. Now all I'm getting is a black screen. LED lights up like the unit is turning on but the display won't turn on. Also I've tried the brightness hotkey and that doesn't work.

Anyone suddenly have no sound on their RGB30 with ArkOS? I checked all settings and they seem good. Also if I switch to my JelOS card the sound works fine so it's definitely not a hardware issue. I did update to the newest version of ArkOS last week and sound was working fine at least the day after that. JellOS slightly easier to use but slightly less performant for higher tier systems (Dc,N64). Rgb30 is just a unique case with a higher resolution screen than most non-widescreen handhelds (including the 2S), a slightly larger screen than most of them since many are 3.5in while this one is 4 inch, and the 1:1 aspect ratio ends up being a great all around fit for the majority of older consoles especially handhelds like gameboy/color/ngpc.arkos all day every day, especially because of the rgb30 issues with sleep. with arkos, enable quick mode, configure single tap of the power button to shut it down, and you mitigate power drain while still retaining something that feels like sleep. arkos also seems to deliver better n64 and dreamcast performance.My 1:1 aspect ratio 720p portable system bezels for Retroarch. It runs pretty good on the RGB30, I would say get the RGB30 since you can hook it up to an external display, a Bluetooth controller and treat it like a mini console. To me, my devices are great and I had little to no issues since I was modding them anyway. I still have JelOS on a different SD card but now I run ArkOS.Doing this manually for each game isn't an option. In the options system, go to advanced. You can set retroarch, its cores and most the standalone emulators to their default settings. You can backup all your arkos settings in that menu too, might be good to do that. All you have to do is make sure that your rgb30 and your pc is on the same internet connection, go to options and then enable remote services (you have to do this everytime you want to remote access, so keep that in mind) and then on your pc, go to any browser, and type rgb30 at your url bar.
