EDIT: Solved. This was caused by the only mod I have active: EdB Prepare Carefully (Forked for 1.4 update). I will report to them this bug and solution. By comparing the save file with a brand new one, with no Prepare Carefully, I see in the Pawn's Health Tracker for Chemical Dependancy, the entire line was missing: <chemical>Psychite</chemical>.His faction will also he angered if he dies, so you're in a bit of a catch 22 here.
