I currently live in a 4b2b at 100 Midtown. In the first week, we didn't have hot water, and the whole apartment was quite dirty. There was grease in the kitchen, and hairs, both human and animal, were everywhere. Trash was also left in the closet. Basically, it seems like they didn't clean our apartment at all..
