On a practical level (capacity) I prefer the P365; on every other level (aesthetics, all-metal, grips, overall quality feel) I prefer the P938. I found the cheaper plastic holsters don't round off sharp edges and the plastic feels cheap and is twice as thick, I like thin kydex like Vedder and Tulster and they both round off all unnessary material as well.
