First-year students and some second-year students are required to live on campus. The housing application will open in early to mid-March and is accessible through the Housing tab on the MyCalPoly Portal. Only students who accept their offer of admission will be able to apply for campus housing, and the deadline to apply is June 1. At test-optional institutions, students are not required to submit test scores when applying. Those institutions may only be able to report data for enrolled students who chose to submit their scores.
