Genghis' bug seems to occur if you sided with another leader, then during the "truce" you decide to side with Genghis. This seems to confuse things, and after killing the other leaders, Genghis goes back on the hill where you first met him, but refuses to speak. Loading/restarting etc makes no difference. However, if you side with him from the ...Jan 1, 2024 · The trick is not to kill any of the NPCs except the leaders. The 2nd trick is to do it alone, without a companion. As soon as the "war" breaks out ;) immediately run through to the "1-2 leaders" and do the job. I've played this quest since patch 3more times without issues. ^This is the way to avoid the bug^.
