Most 4-wheeler problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!! You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.First, make sure that you firmly put it in gear, don't just ease into the shift lever. Second, with it in forward gear, with the park brake off, see if it wants to creap. If it wants to creep forward, then there is a adjustment knob right under the right engine access cover. I think I know what the problem is. The screw on cap for the carb comes with the cable. The one you got from Amazon may not work. Try getting the OEM Honda cable. 1109 posts · Joined 2015. #2 · Apr 24, 2016. doublecheck your throttle cable slack. if your idle screw is screwing out but the throttle cable does not have enough slack to allow the slide to drop down to the lower position your idle will remain elevated no matter what. the throttle cable slack adjustment is on the throttle housing. underneath ...Your idle screw is left-loosey ️ less-fuel. Screwing the fuel mixture screw in and out does nothing unless I fully close it then the idle smooths out some.
