I’d suggest just finding a better market to work or use Uber Eats or Grubhub at the same time rather than worrying about your acceptance rate. You didn’t screw yourself, Doordash screwed you by flooding the market with more drivers than orders and having an utterly shit business model.After you've accepted 10 more orders, your score will go back to 100%. At this point, you can decline as many orders as you want. You'll know when you reach 10 orders again because the system will give you a "Warning.". This time it's a "Serious Warning," and the system will record your acceptance rate as 80%.It's not over $5 and I can't justify accepting orders with zero tip. My rate is almost below 90% and I'm worried that unless I take these zero tip orders I won't be able to deliver at all. I know DoorDash doesn't care about the increased expenses like gas but I'm just looking for some advice. Thank you.

Got back in touch with support and they gave me the very helpful information that acceptance rate cannot be manually reset and that it's calculated from the last 100 deliveries. :rolleyes: ...
