Thursday evening, Yellville resident Elaine Smith along with her husband Bob, were caught up in the severe storm as it passed through Flippin. Both Smith and her husband witnessed the power lines falling on Arkansas Highway 178. Smith spoke with KTLO, Classic Hits and The Boot News to share her experience.March 21, 2024 12:20 pm.
