Ice / Lightning main here. Probably the only one here that chose a wand. The reason being its only 6 matt (like you mentioned) and explorer mages like myself get a 5% crit rate on wands. It helps a little bit personally as I aim for 100% crit rate with DSE, and having that little bit of crit rate here and there can save me a link skill slot.And +Stat hyper-stat does not contribute to % potentials, so you should reset. Dmg% > Boss% > IED > Crit Rate > Min/Max crit damage. Do you have Critical Hit Rate at 100? I know CL adds 25 to it so having it at 75 should suffice as CL is our main skill.
