Jan 20, 2024 · Funeral services will be held at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1120 Grand Avenue, Friday February 9, 2024, 11:00 a.m., with Bishop L.L. Kirby officiating. Interment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.Jon Gerard Duchac, age 65, passed away, with his family by his side at his residence, Thursday, April 11, 2024. He was born in Racine, November 7, 1958, son of the late William and Stella (Nee: Resch) Duchac. On July 5, 1981, Jon was united in marriage to Foulla Paros. Jon owned and operated Atlantis Family Restaurant, until his retirement.A reception will be held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maresh-Meredith & Acklam Funeral Home (803 Main St, Racine, WI 53403). Henry Bernard Kral, lifelong Racine resident and proud World War II veteran, passed away quietly at his home September 6, 2023, amidst loving family members. He was 102. Henry, born May 21, 1921, was the son of the late Charles and Anna (nee: Hilgers) Kral. Henry graduated from William Horlick High School in 1939.Charles and Jeanette Maresh opened the Maresh Funeral Home on St. Patrick Street in 1935. In 1948 they relocated to 803 Main Street where the Thronson Funeral Home had formerly operated. Mr. and Mrs. Maresh served Racine until 1972 when they sold the business to Thomas and Barbara Meredith.
