Hi All, I've been chasing a P0446 Problem and now at crunch time due to up and coming emissions test. Here is what we have changed out and tested to date. 1) Canister Vent Valve replaced using correct TSB filter routing. 2) Verified Vent Valve is closing when 12 VDC is applied from ECM. 3) Vacuum Solenoid on intake replaced with new.Dirt and dust intrusion into the EVAP canister vent hose assembly, resulting in restricted air flow, may cause this condition.
