Make sure of three things: 1. The power switch on the furnace is in the ON position. It should look just like a light switch and be located on or right next to the furnace. 2. The gas valve in the gas line is in the ON position. The handle is long - and it should run parallel to the line when open/on.We had a new furnace and ductwork professionally installed a few months ago.
