Prusa has implemented features that started from the community (7x7 bed leveling for example) but it's hard to say. The code is there and other slicers also have ironing mode. Not sure why Prusa has been slow to adopt it (perhaps it's a niche feature they feel not many folks would use). ... It's fixed and released in the Alpha 2 release.
